Hi, I’m Victoria & I’m so happy you’re here!

I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, yoga instructor and group fitness instructor! I’m also a part time nanny to two little girls.

I have over five years of experience in the health & wellness field working with all different bodies.

As a coach, my goal is to have others feel confident, strong and empowered within their own bodies daily.

I love interacting with my clients and holding a safe space for them while encouraging them to work hard and achieve great things.
